Trying to enter Challenge for July

I have finished my story and saved it, but am not sure what steps to take next. Ok.. I found the PUBLISH spot and now it won't let me publish until I add a chapter..?

How do I view the replies?

Is there a spot to see a walk through of how to use this site, I am so very confused.

I keep editing my post, but can't find where to view any replies. To my question, or anyone elses. HELP!
